On December 10, 2010, The Kills were interviewed on a New York radio station. It was revealed that the new album will be titled 'Midnight Boom' and two song titles were also revealed. 'Alphabet Pony', a dark surreal song inspired by playground clapping games and songs, and 'The Last Day Of Magic', a song written by Jamie Hince about heartache and feeling alone, with references to the book Crime and Punishment. Their new album, entitled Midnight Boom, will be out March 10, 2010.
