One can buy a ticket at a ticket window or counter, called a box office or from online Ticket Agent. Tickets are available in the form of paper, mobile/bar code or such other form that becomes available on the market. Tickets are available in following general categories depending on The Scottish Exhibition and Conference Center (SECC).

In a general admission seating, the location from which they will watch the event is determined upon arrival at the venue. It may refer to a seat-less area or in some events, a ticket may still show a specific section of the venue (e.g. balcony or floor), with the choice of seat within that section.

Reserved seating is commonly used for outdoor amphitheaters and large indoor venues like stadiums, arenas, and larger theatres. Each ticket holder is assigned a specific seat at the time of purchase. Seating information is displayed on paper tickets in the form of row number/letter, seat number, and sometimes by section.

A box is a small, separated seating area in the venue for a limited number of people placed immediately to the front, side and above the level of the stage. The seats in a box are usually taken by members of a single group of people.

VIP tickets can be purchased by anyone but usually celebrities, heads of state/heads of government, major employers, and high-level corporate officers are able to buy these premium seats due to very high price.

These tickets refers to the form of general admission in which there is a large open area, indoor or outdoor and all fans must stand near and around the stage.

All posts are registered and can be tracked online. Customer will receive a delivery notification email with order tracking number. Tickets will be dispatched 2 weeks prior to the event date or as soon as released by ticket suppliers.

Most of the indoor venues don't allow professional type cameras and video cameras. Neither the venue or ticket agents will be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
