About Level 42
Level 42 is among the most renowned musical bands from England. The style of the music represented by this band is mostly jazz-funk and pop. This band has produced a great number of hits during the period the decade of 1980 and 90s in all around the world. The quality of the music produced by this band lead it to the heights of popularity and fame. The contribution of Mark King whose style of playing guitar added uniqueness in the music of this band and was one of the greatest reasons for its fame. In addition, the keyboard player of the band, Mike Lindup had a very different style of playing the keyboard. So the combination of both of them was also considered to be the reason of their popularity.
During 80s and 90s, this band produced great songs that became very popular among the people all over the world. However in the year 1994, the band got separated. But it got reunited in the year 2001. The song of the band with the name, Love Meeting Love was an attractive one. Through this song, they were able to gain the attention of the Polydor Records. Then the band came into contract with this company and released its second song. With the association of this company, they released the song with the name Love Games in the year 1981.This song was a big hit and was rated among the Top 40 songs. From there onwards the band kept on releasing different albums and songs and got too much fame around the world. They are still working on different music related projects.
