Diversity is a group of street dancers in England. This group is settled in London. They are very popular to have won the third series of the competition, Britain's Got Talent. In this series they won in a live show by beating the very popular, Susan Boyle. In addition, at the Spirit of London Awards, they also have had the honor of winning United Positive Role Models. The group was formed in 2007. In the beginning the group was called Swift Moves. In the initial year of the formation of this group, they won the Street Dance Weekend 2007.
After this, Diversity participated in Britain's Got Talent. Some of the members of Diversity are still studying in different universities of London and at the same time they are doing different jobs. The age group of the members varies from 15 years to 27 years. This group began in 2006 and won Britain's Got Talent in 2009. After they won this competition, they emerged on some of the most popular the news programs of the United States such as Larry King Live and The Today Show. In these programes, this group spoke about their future plans. Diversity, along with Change4life, played a major role in promoting street dance. This encouraged children and families at large, to get more active into this scene and gain awareness about it. Since then, the group has been gaining a lot of fame among the people of England and has a lot more plans to work on in times to come.
