About Jonas Brothers

Jonas Brothers is one of the most popular boy bands that are being listened all around the globe. The band comprises of three brothers; Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas. It all began when in 1997 Nick Jonas began performing on Broadway at the age of 7. His song, Joy to the World (A Christmas Prayer) became immensely popular and was included in Broadway's annual album, Broadway's Greatest Gifts: Carols for Cure Vol. 4 and also charted. Following his footsteps, Joe Jonas ventured into the Broadway scene and began writing songs with his brother, Nick. Nick Jonas gained more popularity with his singles gaining attention in record companies.

Nick had also written many songs with his brothers, Joe and Kevin, which they performed for Colombia Records and got signed to the company. The trio settled on a name, Jonas Brothers and began their musical career. They then began touring extensively opening for and accompanying many singers such as Backstreet Boys, Jesse McCartney and The Click Five. Releasing their first single in 2005, Jonas Brothers went on to release, covers and theme songs for Disney and gained widespread popularity. In 2006, they released their first album, It's All About Time. They then became more popular and ended up performing at the White House. In 2007, the band came up with the second album that was self titled. It reached at Number 5 on Billboard Hot 200 chart.

Up till 2009, the band had released four studio albums and they continued touring. The band has recorded extensively for Disney and done numerous concerts with most of the times, opening up for various bands and musicians. The three brothers have gained much appreciation and prizes and are known for being religious, family-friendly chaste and pure.
