DJ Yoda is among the most popular turntablist in the UK. The style of his music is hip-hop. DJ Yoda basically produces a cartoony style of music. His name is Duncan Beiny and was born in London, England. During the time when he was studying, he started to give performances at Mojo. He gave these performances until the time he graduated. After graduating from that university, he began to release different recordings and selling them to small music shops.
As these tapes and recording became popular, Antidote Records offered him to release an official tape. He accepted the offer and released his first official album namely, How To Cut & Paste Mix Tape Vol: 1. DJ Yoda has the honor of winning the DMC DJ Awards of the year. He won this award in the category of Scratch DJ 2001. In addition, he was nominated among top six hip-hop DJs of the UK.
