Morcheeba is one of the most renowned bands in England. The style of the music represented by the band include pop, R and B, rock and trip hop. This band was created in the middle of 1990s. The first album that the band released was in the year 1996. The name of this album was Who Can You Trust. This album was released in association with China Records. The instruments that were used for the music in this album include electric guitar and Rhodes piano. After this, the band released another album with the name Big Claim. This album was released in the year 1998. The type of the music that was introduced in this album was a bit pop.

One of the songs that this album contained with the name The Sea was greatly appreciated and got aired on radio. The album was greatly sold as well. During the same year, Morcheeba teamed up with Hubert Lawswho is a very popular flute player. Then they released another album with the name Red Hot + Rhapsody. The songs that were recorded in this album were a collection of Red Hot Organization. This album was basically a tribute to George Gershwin. This was a charity album for collecting the funds for different organizations that fight against AIDS. Then they released their third album in the year 2000 Fragments of Freedom. The band also went through different problems with a member leaving the band however again joined the band in the year 2010. But still the band kept on releasing album from time to time and making performances at different festivals.
